Tara Glover is the Founder and CEO of TAJ Wanna Projects, a startup dedicated to fostering employment growth in communities. Driven by her passion for helping others succeed, Tara has transformed challenges into opportunities, using setbacks as lessons to fuel her entrepreneurial journey.​

Her mission is to assist companies of all sizes in navigating industry transitions and staying competitive. With extensive experience in roles such as Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, Application Support Manager, and Program Analyst at the U.S.

Federal and State Courts, D.C. Government, and the Department of Defence, Tara brings a wealth of knowledge and skills. Additionally, she was an Adjunct Professor, teaching Business, Communications, Legal Studies, and Project Management at various locations throughout D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

Tara holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the College of New Rochelle, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), as well as a certified National Workforce Development Professional (NAWDP). ​Tara promotes a respectful and collaborative team culture, always prioritising business success and motivating others to perform their very best.
